Shipping and delivery policy

Purchases open soon. This is how delivery will work.

Nothing is shipped

Packs and bundles are digital files, such as PDFs and ZIP archives. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address to give. Sales open to buyers in India first; buyers in other countries will follow.

How you get your files

1. You pay on Razorpay's secure checkout.
2. As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, your download page opens.
3. We also email a download link to the address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

Some UPI and bank payments take longer for the bank to confirm. If yours is pending, you will get the email as soon as it is confirmed; you don't need to pay again.

How long your link works

Your download link works for 30 days. Download the files and save them on your device. If the link expires or you lose your files, email us from the address you bought with and we will send a new link, free of charge, for at least one year after your purchase.

Your link is personal. Please don't share it: a link posted publicly may be switched off, and we will send you a new one.

If your files don't arrive

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for the email.
2. If you still have nothing 2 hours after paying, contact us with your order email or Razorpay payment ID.
3. We will deliver your files within one business day of hearing from you, or refund you in full, as the refund policy sets out.
